I just purchased a 1975 GMC Vandura camper. It has not run for 3 yrs. I got it started. Will Trans Tune help with the transmission slipping? Also, will Sea Foam help with the carburetor starving for fuel?

Hi Terry. Adding Trans Tune to your transmission and Sea Foam to your fuel are both worth a try! In the transmission, Trans Tune will work to clean and reliquefy any varnish that might be causing shifting/slipping problems. For fuel, I’d add a can or two of Sea Foam or High Mileage to a low tank of fuel, run the engine for at least 20 minutes and let the Sea Foam concentration soak in the carburetor circuits for a day… Again, works to clean and liquefy sticky varnish that will restrict fuel flow.
