Yes, you can use Trans Tune in your 2012 Fiesta. For a Fiesta with the 1.8 quart transmission fluid capacity, add about 2-4 ounces of Trans Tune to the transmission fluid.
[Note that the transmissions in the 2011-15 Fiesta have all sorts of problems due to their dual-clutch flywheel and external TCM…if the problem is caused by varnish, Trans Tune will help, but it may be a different problem. Either way, worth a shot].
