Is the Sea Foam Spray safe to use on plastic and rubber carburetor parts?
I was wondering if this might be used to do a quick clean of the float bowl in between a more extensive rebuild.

Thanks for the question, Graham. Sea Foam Spray is safe on any plastic or rubber engine part. It’s made with 100% gentle petroleum oils and harmless to all engine parts and components. No worries at all! Works great to clean varnish from float bowls and carburetor parts. Sea Foam in fuel will also clean everything inside a carburetor!
Will Sea Foam hurt nylon washers?
Hi Bubba. Sea Foam will not effect any polymer material (nylon, plastics, rubber) made for fuel systems parts/components.
