Most likely it will not thoroughly clean the PCV hole. The PCV takes vapor from inside the crankcase and reburns it in the combustion chamber only under “engine load”. You’ll have to clean the PCV port manually, but Sea Foam Spray through the intake will assist as a cleaner.
