Sea Foam is safe for coated fuel tanks [SOLVED]

I had a fuel tank redone with a coating inside. The shop said avoid additives that contain acetone and MEK. Is Sea Foam safe to use in this fuel tank?

Hi Ken,

Yes, Sea Foam is safe to use in coated fuel tanks. Sea Foam is made from the same raw material as gasoline and motor oil, so no worries about it harming the tank.
