In fuel, we recommend adding Sea Foam and then driving until almost empty before refueling (it doesn’t have to be in one trip – the idea is to run as much of the treated fuel through the system as possible). At a minimum, drive 20 miles. It works best to add an entire can to a low tank to increase the cleaning concentration.
In oil, we recommend adding Sea Foam 100-300 miles before your next oil change. However, you can drive with Sea Foam in the oil for as long as you like. At a minimum, we recommend driving at least 100 miles with Sea Foam in the oil before changing it.
