Good question, David. No treatment has the ability to remove water from fuel. Sea Foam will help if there’s a small amount of water, but if you have water contamination in your tank, it’s best to remove the fuel. If you think you have a small amount of water, try using isopropyl alcohol sold at auto parts locations. Isopropyl works great to solubilize small amounts of water into the larger gasoline fuel phase, making it easier to burn the water through the engine. Hope this helps!
