Here’s what I’d do: get as much Deep Creep in the rusted connections as you can. Let it sit for 2-3 hours and re-apply. When breaking loose the connection, turn just a bit, and re-apply Deep Creep. Work the connection back and forth and allow Deep Creep to penetrate into the rusty threads.
