Sea Foam High Mileage would be a great choice for your Camry. It cleans lifters and reliquefies harmful varnish and heavier deposits back into the fluid oil phase. That way all the crud can drain away when you change your oil.
Here’s what I’d do: First step is to check the oil color before you add High Mileage.
When you are about 100 miles out from an oil change, add 4-6 oz of High Mileage.
Check your oil every 20 miles. Once the oil goes dark black fast (which means the High Mileage did its job cleaning), change the oil & filter.
Keep doing that at the end of every oil interval and you can progressively reliquefy the sludge and lifter crud back into the fluid oil.
