Hey Jeff, thanks for the question.

You can use Sea Foam Motor Treatment in the fuel and oil of a diesel engine. You can also use the 20 oz versions (Truck & SUV, and Pro Size) in a diesel.

You CAN’T use Sea Foam Spray. Introducing a second fuel source like Sea Foam Spray can cause engine runaway.
