Can Trans Tune be used to unblock an actuator in the crankcase pcv of a 2015c300?

Hello Heidi. Most likely, Trans Tune would not work for that. PCV is vapors coming off the engine crankcase. If you have an actuator code, most likely the actuator has failed or there is an electrical problem. Hope that helps!
