Yes, Sea Foam High Mileage is safe and effective in a Ford Freestyle.

Here’s how I like to use it:

  • in fuel, add a full can (16 oz) to a low tank. Then, drive at least 20 miles before refueling. That does a great job cleaning and it’s the best way to get the most out of a can.
  • in oil, add 1 ounce per quart of oil around 100-300 miles before your next oil change.
