Can I use High Mileage in a car with less than 75,000 miles? [SOLVED]
Asked by Julia M. In Florida
I accidentally bought Sea Foam High Mileage (for cars over 75,000 miles) and my car has only 30,300 on it. Can I use this in my car, even though it has only 30,000 miles on it? I don’t think I can exchange this can. I have a Lexus NX 200 turbo. Thanks. Y
Yes, you can still use it. It’s simply a stronger cleaner. High Mileage is formulated to clean stubborn residues and deposits (it’s a great cleaner) that are often found in older vehicles, so it will work great to clean your Lexus and keep it that way. To get the most out of it, wait until you’ve got a low tank of fuel (1/8-1/4 tank or so) and add the whole can to the gas tank. Then, drive until almost empty before refueling. The high concentration works great to clean. Hope that helps!
